We offer a 10-year warranty on all our jewelry. Our pieces are designed to be very durable, but should anything happen, we will repair or replace your item.
How long does it take to create and ship a piece of jewelry?
Typically, it takes us up to five days to craft and dispatch our jewelry. This doesn't include custom-made pieces. During holiday seasons, the process might take a bit longer. Shipping times vary by country, and we also offer expedited shipping options.
Can I return or exchange my jewelry if I'm not satisfied?
Absolutely! If you're not satisfied with your jewelry, you can return or exchange it within 30 days. However, please note that this policy does not apply to gold items and custom-made pieces. For more details, please refer to our return policy.
