Standard Silver and Gold-filled Jewelry Returns: For our standard gold-filled and silver jewelry, customers may return items within 30 days of purchase for a store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Items must be returned in their original condition, without any damage. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Size Exchanges for Silver and Gold-filled Jewelry: If you need to exchange a gold-filled or silver piece due to a size issue, you can do so without any additional charges, except for the shipping cost.

Solid Gold and Custom Orders: Items made of solid gold or those that are custom-made are exceptions to our standard return policy. Once they are crafted, they cannot be canceled or resized due to the nature of gold which cannot be easily disassembled and reassembled. However, if there's a need for a change, customers can return the jewelry for recycling and receive a 50% credit of the original value towards a new purchase.
