What is Gold-Filled?
Gold-filled is a premium material containing up to 100 times more gold than regular gold plating. Unlike plating, the gold layer in gold-filled is bonded to the metal base through heat and pressure, making it exceptionally durable, tarnish-resistant, and long-lasting. With properties similar to solid gold, it’s also ideal for sensitive skin.

Shipping and Returns:
Products can be returned in their original packaging within 30 days. We have a collection point in the United States, so there is no need to ship returns back to Israel. Shipped from Israel, standard shipping takes about 14 business days, and expedited shipping about 7 business days (excluding 3 business days for production).

What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 10-year warranty on all our jewelry. Our pieces are designed to be very durable, but should anything happen, we will repair or replace your item.
How long does it take to create and ship a piece of jewelry?
Typically, it takes us up to five days to craft and dispatch our jewelry. This doesn't include custom-made pieces. During holiday seasons, the process might take a bit longer. Shipping times vary by country, and we also offer expedited shipping options.
Can I return or exchange my jewelry if I'm not satisfied?
